Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.


The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for spearheading and executing the our clients digital marketing strategy, leveraging various online channels to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and increase sales. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.


<Note: Only persons with extensive solid experience in leading digital marketing function and managing key digital marketing activities will be considered for this position. >


1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services.

• Determine ROI on digital campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

• Plan and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

• Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.

• Collaborate with content team to ensure SEO best practices are met.

3. GA4 Analytics:

• Configure, manage, and provide actionable insights using Google Analytics 4.

• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, user behavior, and site performance.

• Set up goals, track conversions, and provide recommendations based on analytics data.

4. Paid Advertising:

• Manage online ads through Google AdWords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company visibility and sales.

• Monitor budget and adjust bids to optimize the cost-per-conversion.

5. Content Strategy:

• Collaborate with content team to strategize and oversee content creation for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

6. Social Media Management:

• Oversee and manage the clients social media profiles and presence.

• Plan, publish, Analyse engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.

1. Good exposure to Customer Data Platforms e.g. Segment.

2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our digital marketing strategies remain competitive and innovative.

3. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.

4. Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and optimal ROI.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong Knowledge of Digital Platforms: Proficient in using platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

2. Expertise in SEO: Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

3. Deep Analytics Acumen: Proficiency in Google Analytics, especially GA4, and other analytics tools. Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

4. Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Magento, and others.

5. Tech-savvy: Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and integration between different digital platforms.

6. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Creativity and Vision: Ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies.

8. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.

9. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

10 Team Management: Ability to lead Digital Marketing Team

10. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
